Read the Label

Still eating food that contain more than 5 ingredients ? What you grand mother don’t know you don’t eat this. When you read the label on food package here are some important points:

  1. Never eat what contain more that 5 ingredients
  2. Never eat what your ancestor don’t know (potassiun acesulfate, Modified starch, ascorbic acid, BHT (cereal), etc….)
  3. When you pass over 5 ingredients, the vast majority of them come from corn (a form of sugar)
  4. Some ingredient are derived from pretroleum (BHT – take a look on kellogg’s cereal)
  5. Others have vitamin develop in laboratory that your body will probably never recognize as nutriment

Enjoy Vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, fish, organic and biologic food..BACK TO THE BASIC !
