Read the Label
Still eating food that contain more than 5 ingredients ? What you grand mother don’t know you don’t eat this. When you read the label on food package here are some important points:
- Never eat what contain more that 5 ingredients
- Never eat what your ancestor don’t know (potassiun acesulfate, Modified starch, ascorbic acid, BHT (cereal), etc….)
- When you pass over 5 ingredients, the vast majority of them come from corn (a form of sugar)
- Some ingredient are derived from pretroleum (BHT – take a look on kellogg’s cereal)
- Others have vitamin develop in laboratory that your body will probably never recognize as nutriment
Enjoy Vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, fish, organic and biologic food..BACK TO THE BASIC !
